Where is Armageddon??

Remember only a few weeks ago, when congress told us that if they did not spend $750 billion dollars in tax dollars that the world would end.   The only way to save the economic system was to bail it out?   Well, they took our money, and no results.  The dow still continues to fall.  The bail out money was to unfreeze the financial system from toxic paper.   The money has not been distributed for that purpose, and now we are being told that the fist plan was flawed.  Instead of providing liquidity, the US government is going to buy banks!!  Remember the democrats and republicans-- we need to have all of this money now.  Now the Obama camp is saying that they would like to have $325 billion left unspent until they take office.   Hold on!!!   The American public was told that the whole $750 billion was need that week or the world will end.  Now we can wait until January to use half of the money?!   The the government not really need of $850 billion dollars when they said they did??  Of course not.   What is going on now the pillaging of the US Treasury.
