What is behind the appointment of Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State? Remember the criticism during the election that Obama lacked foreign policy experience. The appointment of Biden was suppose to neutralize that weakness. Now as president-elect, he appoints his Democratic opponent as his point person on foreign policy. There is certainly more to this than meets they eye. This will be an interesting as it develops further.
