The United State is a country of about 30 million people of various talents and gifts. Despite this wealth of human talent, it appears that there is only a handful of individual families that are capable of ruling the great unwashed masses. For decades, the US citizenry has been ruled by the aristocracy of families such as the Kennedys, Clintons, Bushes, Cuomos, or Daileys.
As a disciple of "change" Vice President elect Joe Biden demonstrates that he believes in ruling families more than real political change. In early January Joe Biden with take the oath of office for . . . the US Senate. Huh?? I thought he was elected to be Vice President. After taking the oath of office for the Senate, the Democratic governor of Delaware will appoint Ted Kaufman to fill the senate seat. Ted Kaufman is Biden's longtime chief of staff and leading Biden's transition team. Kaufman will hold that Senate seat for two years until a special election to fill the remaining four ears of Biden's newly elected US Senate seat. In two years, Biden's son, Beau, the current Deleware attorney general will be done serving in the national guard in Iraq. He will return in time to take his father's Senate seat and start yet another political dynasty.
It certainly appears that Biden is a real believer of "change."
